Thank you for shopping with 3Street Clothing. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• All original tags must be attached.

• Items must be free of stains, odors, smoke, perfume, deodorant, or pet hair.

Please include your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Sale or clearance items

• Accessories

• Bodysuits

• Intimates or lingerie

• Swimwear

• Beauty products

• Hair accessories

• Custom or special-order items

Refunds

All approved returns will receive store credit only.

• Store credit does not expire.

• Refunds are not issued to the original form of payment.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow:

• 3–5 business days for inspection

• Up to 7 business days for store credit to be issued

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return the eligible item and place a new order using your store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will replace the item or issue store credit.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

• 3Street Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
